Good comments from Briefing.com about inventory buildup/demand.

This is why I'm still so cautious (other than trying to st trade). Nothing new here, but it sums up what I've been trying to say pretty well.

------------------

Separately, Tellabs (TLAB -18%) chimed in with its own warning this morning, guiding down expectations for both earnings and sales.

This corporate weakness raises interesting worries for the markets. To this point, investors/economists have been concerned about working off the inventory buildup businesses are reporting. But what happens if we have no end-market demand once inventories are sold? Bad things, and this is becoming a more prominent concern among investors as economic reports begin to signal deterioration.

------------------------------

Also note that the service sector is just beginning it's contraction. I'm hoping for an April or post April rally, but not entirely confident it'll happen.
