Bernard,

If you keep buying, you're going to have to file a 13D soon. <g>

Re prior post query on reason for preannouncing imminent partnership agreement:

One possibility is to send a message to the industry that the opportunity to buy a piece of Theratope is about to disappear. Clearly, there are probably several major Pharmas interested in an effective treatment of MBC. My guess is that BIOM wanted to make sure they had the best possible offer.

In that scenario, the longer it takes prior to an announcement, the more lucrative the deal is likely to be for BIOM.

Again, I'm torn. I'd love to see the terms; but, if each passing week improves them substantially, I'm also happy to continue waiting. I don't think we'll get the real move until positive results are released.

Ian.

Jibacoa: I initiated a standing limit buy at $6.75 yesterday when it was still trading at ~$7.03 or so. I did this because I was going to be out of the office in the afternoon. I see it got "taken out." This is just fine by me as I'd like to think I understand BIOM's trading "habits." I do think Ian's correct. Given overall market conditions we're not going to see BIOM do all that much until the results of Theratope's Phase III are revealed. Those of us who've followed the company for a time may feel we know what the end result is going to be, but clearly the market is well entrenched in its "show me" phase. It ain't about to change because BIOM has a nice story. So it goes....

To me this is just fine. I've lived with this reality for 7 years or so. I can live with it for another year or so, simply because their product line has some magnificent promise. But until it's fulfilled, me thinks we'll have to deal with the vagaries of the market. A market I feel is now fumbling around for a bottom, but one which probably has a bit further down to go before all is said and done.

John~
