As I have repeatedly stated, I believe the Federal Judge will do the dastardly deed of forcing consumers to pay for the power they used. If he/she does then the banks should be fine. It is the entire rest of the state economy that takes the multibillion dollar hit.

MOT now trading at levels not seen since 93.

IMO this may be the catalyst for another rate cut. Great posts (especially with your predictions last night on the Governor Davis speech <g>).

I also agree with your comments about California residents looking for alternative power sources. Solar power IMO makes the most sense for the average homeowner. I would love to add a system....just haven't taken the time to make some calls, and get an estimate.
