Scumbria,

re: other than Bush's pride for 15 minutes.

It's not his pride, it's America's - like the whole country - including you and your little piece of heaven.

I honestly don't know what he could say. I thought the 'regrets' was ok, and they lack of rhetoric on our side is also good. The Chinese caught a prize, and they're going to hold it for a while just to show they can. The more attention we place on it, the longer they will hold it, and possibly even try our people (a la Pueblo).

I feel for the men and women, and their families, but we want them back as soon as possible, and that may not be for a number of weeks. I hope I'm wrong...

Bush's pride

is the pride of the United States. Surely you jest that it is personal. Probably not,.....maybe you are just trolling today.

The suggestion to apologize was yours and I doubt anyone here will help you out. Certainly not me.

"other than Bush's pride for 15 minutes"

How about America's pride? It appears that you care very little about our country so this aspect would not bother you. As long as you can see your enemy (the President of the United States) suffer I guess you are happy.
