Crystal - Does the high pe of ntap and especially palm not give you any reason for concern....especially in this market. Your insight would be helpful. I like both companies but those high pe's are just playing with fire in this type market.

Thanks Keith

Yeah the earnings are coming, the recession (defined 2 quarters of contraction) is here, but if we go deeper it may take longer to come out also, the deeper down the steeper out, V or U shaped, with the markets then in recovery 6 to 9 months before the economy which could take a full 9 months instead of the 2 quarters to recover, 3 in 3 out instead of 2 in 2 out of the past historical graphs, this would be borderlin on depression, where if any little thing goes wrong we would be plunged into along term depression or stagnation and not come out for years. Despite this, GROWING NEEDED Tech companies like storage, like NTAP will still have earnings, even if their only customers go from the Fortune 500 to only the Fortune 100. Remember, MEGA FORTUNES AND TYCOONS were made in the last depression too. Radical revolutionary change and war happened also, Breton Woods thereafter, well this time I think the Federal Reserve could be revised out of existence and finally made a political bureau within Treasury, a true central bank.
I am,
Truly your$,
