the key question is whether BEZOS IS SMART ENOUGH TO REFINANCE AT LOWERED INTEREST RATES and call the Bonds and other white horse bridge financing between now and then. You believe there is any lower financing than 4.25% not to mention still zero coupon. The brick and mortar partnerships are totally meaningless at this point now.
