Rydex doesn't HAVE to provide these numbers, particularly via an 800 number. If everybody called them up and complained they might decide the aggravation's not worth it and pull the plug.

I think we should continue to let J. T. handle the situation. He's been doing a splendid job so far, and if he wants to call the troops into action we can go into action then.

SEC doesn't care about daily total assets in a fund or fund family. Only fair practices in reporting total returns in a fund.

I have not made the time to look for this needle in the haystack number... Maybe next week...
