The result depends on the method of the recount. The recount according to the standerds enacted by the FL legislature was held. It had a deadline. At that deadline Bush was the winner. Other methods of recounting the votes could be used, and different methods result in different winners. There would have been the same uncertainty and questions whatever method was chosen because who ever lost would protest that the result should have been counted in a different way. (Or at least their supporters would argue this.)

What FL standards..there was no consistency in any part of the election process in FL.

But again, that's not the point...proponents for Gore can show how he could have won in a recount and proponents for Bush can how him winning.

In that lies the problem....again we were never allowed to complete the recount process to both side's satisfaction so there continues to be doubt over the issue.

And consequently, the majority who voted for Gore will not
move on and thats why Bush will be a one term president. And so once again I suggest you give it up because you will never convince us that Bush would have won in FL no matter what you say and what alleged proof you have to the contrary.
