I agree with Richard. This statement is false, IMO. The fact that something has outperformed an index has absolutely no bearing on whether it is over or undervalued.

It's earnings could be up 2000% compared to the index of only 200%.

The chart is irrelevant.

Note: I know nothing about the particular stock in question.

R.P: I first posted the chart a month ago stating the SOX was overvalued. ALTR was $28+ and it has dropped closing into the NAZ.

You may well have an alternate view and a correct one. In any case ,it is what makes a market interesting.!
