Yeah, right. That theory sure worked well with today's strong close...

From 4pm closing prints, NDX closed down 4.55% and QQQ closed down 4.29%. Check the tape...

Where did you get this theory from? One reason it might make sense sometimes is that because of the time difference, sometimes QQQ reflects initial after hours reaction to news whereas NDX does not. So part of the difference today was that QQQ sold off after hours last night with the warnings and bid up a little today after hours with a lack of warnings. Is this bullish?

IMO, next week will be a bad week for the Naz...
