"He owes about $22 million to the bank that he borrowed against his stock"

Not to ask a dumb question, but if the bank took the stock as collateral, aren't they the one's who are out of luck?

Does Mr. Schrader have a 5 million dollar house in Florida. Take a look at the front page of todays N.Y. Times. I wouldn't be surprised if during his tenure and the high flying days, he didn't transfer assets to his wife through sale of some stock. The house will be in his wife's name. I'm sure at that level, there is a handbook on how to live on 1 million dollars a year without having 1 million dollars. It seems Bilzerian, et al can give him a few tips. Perhaps I'm being critical and he is in the office working very hard to save something.
