>>I think short sellin should be illegal, it is a form of conversion of the equitable value held by the true shareholders of record.<< you should also know, mr mba, that short selling stabilizes the market. short sellers tend to sell into strength and buy on weakness thus preventing market dislocations from being worse. then again, that would require some analysis instead of a skirt and pom poms to go with the crayons.
