Well Patricia I scanned the article - I have two points.

1. There was no a discussion of the impact of no building of power plants. That is what lead to the plan being a complete fiasco.

2. To the extent that Republicans participated in the plan - I can only conclude that they were affected by California disease - they joined the looney left and were Republicans in name only.

There is no sane rationale for capping price and supply both. Such a scenario is guanteed to lead to today.

So - what is your solution? Mine is real free market deregulation. Your focus is trying to divert attention to the past.
