Maverick,

I have a strong feeling your perception (that SCMR will be acquired) is correct.
It appears part of the reason that the company is doing some "house cleaning"
is to make itself more attractive for sale. And perhaps management is painting
an awful picture of its current situation is to prepare shareholders to accept
a less-than-spectacular offer.

BTW, in my book you are one of the guys that have a lot of credibility.

Dan Smith and Desh sold Cascade to ASND. They knew how to do it again to CSCO.

To me it was at the first sign of trouble they bailed out and sold to Ascend. Your suggesting they do the same?
