Mike M and All: I hope you continue to post Favors' comments...

Mike M, I doubt you would feel that way if the analysis being provided for free on MDD (on a regular basis) was the basis for a business that supported your family and the employees associated with your business. Literally thousands (potentially millions) of folks read the MDD thread, but that is not the point. Posting "copy righted" material on the internet provides access to millions.

The Jerry Favor analysis that is being posted on SI is analysis that is restricted to paying subscribers. I believe authors have a right to "copy right" their material and sell it. Let the market be the judge of its worth. It seems most of the US populous no longer identifies with standards like ethics, morals or integrity. Most seem eager to participate in the theft of someone else’s work. Web sites like Napster come to mind.

Of course these same folks willing to participate in the theft of someone else’s work, would likely be one of the first to cry foul, if it was their work being stolen.

I suggest all that have called for the continued posting of "copy righted" material try to put yourself in the place of an individual whose has built up a business (his lively hood) around his analysis. Whey would anyone subscribe to Favors service when they can read it free on MDD or anywhere else on the internet.

BOTTOM LINE, the work is Favors' to give away or sell as he chooses. He has chosen to sell it, if you find Jerry Favors work worthy, subscribe to his service.

Regards,
LG
