Isn't it obvious that the shortage of electrical generation capacity in California can be fixed by destroying wilderness in Alaska?

How much wilderness in California do you suppose was destroyed by the I-5 expressway? Or by the comfortable little ocean view properties yuppies prefer.

If you want to talk about destroying wilderness in Alaska by drilling for oil, why don't you admit that the total footprint needed would be about the size of ONE of the interchanges on I-5 in California.
