We talked for a few hours and although the wine and whiskey we were drinking did not loosen any tongues to make future predictions, statements or other SEC violations (well, you can't blame us for trying ), we did see how lucky PNLK was to find such a high caliber partner as Waveland. As has been stated before, PNLK was looking for financing with a company providing more than just money. The terms had to be such that any financer would be a partner vested in the long term success of PNLK. Other companies have offered PNLK money but on closer inspection providing poor or short sighted terms. These people at PNLK are savvy businessmen who have years of experience in international trade. Their self financing provided them the time and leverage to find a long term financial partner who understood and appreciated their business plans. Waveland is such a financial partner. As I had asked during the SHM, is there ready customer interest for their product when completed? The answer then as yesterday was a resounding yes. PNLK has been talking with prospective clients of their MTL™. The intention being the product’s capabilities and the advantages for generating cash flow for these clients are understood. My own opinion is this will be very successful for PNLK when completed. They now have the means to finish the integrated trade transaction ASP. No time frame given but my opinion is it’s a matter of several months. And no, the word “soon” was NOT used (they know this means little to investors these days). PNLK knows what needs to be done and how to do it but because of cost and deadline negotiations on out sourcing some of the work, no dependable time frame can be given (they wouldn’t tell us anyway). They have cut their overhead and will be able to keep it low for some time without sacrificing their business goals. This includes the lease on their office. Even though its on 5th Ave. they had gotten it for less than is currently charged in more modest locations. I left their office feeling better about PNLK’s future than I expected to. Yes, this is still a speculative investment, but I would rather have my money in this company than any of the other B2B’s including the large established ones. It is also my intention to buy more of this stock since I believe it is worth the risk at these very low prices.
