Agreed.

I just think we're going into a period where people are going to have to think a little bit more about their finances. Maybe save a little, maybe use their credit card a little less. The average person is not going to see his house go up in value 50% in 3 years and leverage into a place more expensive than they could afford any other way.

I don't think this is a tragedy, we're just reverting to the mean and it's going to be a little more difficult to acquire and maintain the "good life".
