You descend into the pit when all you have to offer is cheap snipping. The fact is that Compaq is winning huge HPC bids with CPUs that won't see volume for a year. Their futures are -obviously- much stronger than the competition as there is serious non-disclosure involved when the dollar amount is in the 100-200 million range. Careers are lost at that stratosphere if a blunder occurs. Alpha is obviously a sure bet. Rob
