Boy, that might be the understatement of the year since 95 members voted against the treaty.

An ongoing dialogue toward worldwide environmental concerns can be valuable. The headline was clearly meant to present a biased picture of the amendment.

But, what else to you expect though from the radically left leaning Washington Post.

The news here is that a Republican has finally put Christine Todd Whitman in her place. She may well be Bush's Bill Rogers.
