Ref < chambers looks innocent >

The rest of the investment public may have implicit faith in Chambers, but I dont.

During the past few months, he has not been forthcoming about the problems at Cisco. He has been gradually disclosing the problems, as opposed to admitting them outright. In late January San Jose Mercury wrote that "Chambers has been cutting off the tail one inch at a time". I continue to get terrible news from Cisco's vendors. So I believe that Chambers has more doing more tail cutting to do, and that fits in with the second hand info I am getting from people at Cisco.
