Brandon, I'd suggest you look at pro forma earnings and compute the ttm p/e yourself rather than relying on Yahoo's raw numbers. It makes no sense to include one time events and losses from discontinued operations in the computation, since they won't have any impact going forward and the focus of Mr. Market is future performance.

If projected 2001 earnings are $1.29, why isn't the stock price $451 if the P/E is 350? $1.29 x 350= $451.50.
