Ultimately, it falls back on the people who voted them in. Those expecting $2 back for every $1 they paid in. Think about all this on a larger scale. All the entitlements and pensions the politicians have promised the country as a whole. Then throw in a lessening revenue stream to the IRS because of an economic slowdown. There is no surplus. Jim
