CDE bounces around alot... Still below my cost and average down cost but I am not concerned... GATA lawsuit is moving along as all listed Defendants have responded and now Plaintiff will have final response due April 30th... Then its in hands of da judge whether lawsuit has any merit and judge will "hear case" and schedule preliminary court dates. If that occurs it will be picked up in the press and spread like wildfire... fwiw... Best regards, J.T.
