The Fed The ongoing rate cuts should set the table for a turnaround. I just don't think we will avoid two quarters of negative growth before this upturn occurs I believe, no, I will be surprised if there is no rate cut by April 15th or so. I am expecting a rate cut around that time and another rate cut on May 15th. These rate cuts will insure no recession and dare I say the resumption of the bull market. Get ready for takeoff...
