Cool post nomination? Well thanks (I think <g>). Make no mistake about it, I am not Cali bashing at all. I loooooove SF and parts north. God's country. Ditto the wine counties up there. The people are grand as well. Just drawing parallels to past bubbles and how they effected real estate prices. People can draw their own conclusions, as they inevitably will.

Here's another bulletin from the Zeitgeist Times:

I'm not even bashing the environmental policies. Clean air and water are nice things. But sometimes nice things cost money. People do however, get into trouble when they don't want to pay the price or worse expect others to pick up the tab. If Ca wants only NG driven electric they have to pay the price when the price goes up - just like everybody else. But oh, Patron, don't we know how the oil patch could have used even a small chunk of that I-nut money that went to money heaven? It was not to be - so he who sows the wind reaps the whirlwind. Amen.

Hey, I'm not singling out Ca., I'm with marginmike the Northeast being so Wall Street centric will also take a real estate bite. I think the days of $8,000 christmas bonuses for NYSE clerks is gone for the forseeable future.
