Bob,
You really don't have to apologize to anybody, I value your cool and based on reality opinion very much.
The idea of not including 2 highest @ 2 lowest is sound.
My predictions regarding POG are based strictly on emotional aspect of gold and I expect lots of emotions in the air this year. BTW if the gold miners don't start to cooperate in a similar pattern oil did lately, I'll move on the Moon.

A histogram of the table would also be interesting, we could get an idea of distribution. The futures and options guys will love your work. LOL
