i don't think it makes any difference. the ship of state has taken torpedoes below the waterline and up on the decks, the pols are re-arranging the chairs.

and it is a bubble; the biggest of all time.

Bubbles don't happen happen in bad times- -ever. They happen in good times- -exclusively.
The fact that the economy was perking right along DOESN'T mean that we aren't entering hangover phase of a tech stock bubble.
