Lundgren was to the right of Pat Robertson!! He would have been a disaster, but he is an example of the kind of candidates the Republicans have been nominating. They seem to be ultra-conservative.

What do you think of either senator running for Gov? Boxer is probably too liberal but Feinstein might be strong if she was so inclined. Unless something changes drastically in the energy crisis, I think Gray is a weak candidate. Actually, I wouldn't want Feinstein to risk her Senate seat as it would further tip the balance of partisanship in that chamber. Boxer has guts, but she is probably too far to the left to win under the current conditions. Is anyone else out there?

Maybe the Republicans will run B-1-Bob Dornan ! LOL In that case Boxer would have a good chance!
