Any comment on AY.UN?

Gasoline and distillates may be tight this summer, but the prices on crude may soften if OPEC compliance doesn't tighten up. As a result the capital appreciation of the Royalty trusts may stay flat, or even drop, but still produce a 20% distribution with about 50% being return of capital. I try to pick Royalty Trusts where their net asset value is close to the selling price of the shares and the price to free cash flow is in the lower part of the group. Its hard at this stage of the cycle to pick a trust or two but I would look at EIF.un ; AET.un and perhaps SHN.un. A couple of the trusts that are not Royalty such as Pembina may warrant due diligence. However, whatever Trust you select look carefully at the numbers and even contact them on their toll free number to solidify your choice.
cheers and good luck!
