Dear del, >>>How can you possibly know how technically literate I am from a couple of posts

Del when shout with authority that a 1% incidental effect is the reason and don't don't understand the 99% reason, well it's because you are technically illiterate. You may read all kinds of stuff but when you donot have the ability to see the 1% from the 99% you are still technically illiterate. Technical literacy is knowing the facts and how the interact in the process.

As to the relevance of the output of the sun. If the energy from the sun is varying at a higher percentage than the change in CO2, are not the suggested correlation of CO2 that ignore the effect bogus.

Del a clue, it the 99% 1% understanding of what is the dominant effect. The facts in context with the process. Del you see I work every moment in a multi-dimentional space. That should be obvious from my posts. This is a multi-vector process and flat earth linear minds don't cope with it well.
