And this study uses a 1300 S&P assumption, high in my estimation. Throw in a cut in the capital gains tax, a negative GDP growth rate, and your "quiver" disappears in a heartbeat. The US government may have some room to run deficits, but nobody else in the US economy can afford to be "crowded out".

Kudlow/Angells and ilk's liquidity proposals are hogwash. Do these guys just completely ignore the present runaway growth in monetary aggregates? How much more of this do they want: Weimer Republic money supply rates?

The problem is not liquidity, it is clearing a couple trillion dollars of malinvestment and worthless credit.
