Hi OU,

Your in with VTA-t @$1.16 for 8,620 shares.

Chart for Ventra Group, Inc.(VTA-t):

stockcharts.com[l,a]declnimy[pb50!c20!b100!b200][vc60][iUg!Ll14!La12,26,9!Lf!Lh14,3]

This stock had one of the nicest looking charts out there, until the sell-off two weeks ago. Last week the upward trend continued after the stock bounced right off it's 50MA and it seems all the indicators are pointing up again. The light volume of late is of some concern though.

Good luck with this pick,
Al

originunknown, news on your pick VTA-t:

Ventra declines comment on Proprietary offer

Mr. Spencer Lanthier reports
The Ventra Group feels that it would be premature to comment regarding the
Proprietary Industries takeover offer reported today in Stockwatch.
Spencer Lanthier, chairman of the board of directors of the corporation,
stated that details had not yet been provided to the corporation by
Proprietary and that the board and its special committee, chaired by Ben
Ciprietti, would give careful consideration to any bona fide offer or
acquisition proposal made for the corporation. Mr. Lanthier also stated
that the corporation has established a data room which would be available
to parties which have executed a prescribed confidentiality agreement.
While other parties have executed such an agreement, to date, Proprietary
has not.
"Our board will take all reasonable steps to maximize shareholder value and
we look forward to receiving details from Proprietary of its proposed
offer," stated Mr. Lanthier. "Until further details are provided, it is not
possible for the board to determine whether Proprietary's proposed offer
would constitute a 'permitted bid' under the corporation's shareholder
rights plan or if not, to determine whether it would be advisable to waive
the operation of the shareholder rights plan adopted by the board of
directors of the corporation on March 23, 2001."
