I think it's important to point out all his misleading statements, keep track of his terrible trading record on the QQQs, expose his bad behavior and warn others. What Brinker did is inexcusable IMO. I wish that others had been much more vocal in their criticisms so that many would not have been suckered into this horrendous QQQ trade down around 60% since October (depending on where and when you were unfortunate enough to get in). The guy, in my opinion, is a serious danger to portfolios everywhere. As long as the QQQ's are underwater like this, there will be continuing criticism. I would suspect, in fact, that there will be continuing criticism for as long as he's around in either newsletter or radio format.
