Red, yup last weeks gains were pathetic to say the least. I keep getting the feeling it's only going to get worse until after April 16th when the Americian's are done their tax-loss selling. Hard to believe how many former high fliers in tech land are now eligible for this contest.

Have you noticed the anemic volume on the puppy stocks? No buyers whatsoever, just a few scared kitties puking up their shares to the MM's. Oh well in another week they can buy them back from the institutions at a premium.<ggg>

I'm hoping to pick up some big name bargains for LT on the 16th.

regards,
Al

Red, your pick TYS-v after hours NR:

Tyler closes 1.5-million-unit placement

Mr. James Devonshire reports

Tyler has closed a brokered private placement with Canaccord Capital
Corporation for a total of 1.5 million units and a non-brokered private
placement of one million units. Each unit consisted of one common share and
a non-transferable Series A share purchase warrant entitling the holder to
purchase one additional common share at a price of 12 cents per share for a
period of one year.
With respect to the brokered placement the agent has received a commission
of 7.5 per cent paid in the form of 112,500 units. The agent has also
received 150,000 Series B share purchase warrants equal to 10 per cent of
the units sold via the brokered private placement. Each Series B share
purchase warrant will have the same terms and conditions as the Series A
share purchase warrants.
The common shares and the common shares underlying the warrants will be
subject to restrictions on resale until such time as the appropriate hold
periods have been satisfied, which for residents of British Columbia and
Alberta is four months.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to finance exploration
on the corporation's Bahuerachi property in Mexico and to provide working
capital.
