Save the debtor, screw the creditor (or words to that effect)... Seeing how inflation has been slow to arrive, I think lots of folks will buy that new car, max out their credit card, and declare BK in the next 6 months, the better to get in under the wire before the new bill takes effect, BWTFDIK?
