Sig: When banks can make money with essentially no risk (as A.G. arranged in '91), then that will be the first step toward the end of this.
When banks feel as though they are flush, they then will be a little more bold toward their lending. It will take time, but, yes, it will happen.
The yield curve on Treasuries is looking a bit more normal these days. Next year may well be a good one for the markets.
