John, Kash is an Amdroid. I find no merit in his ad hominem attack on you. RDRAM is gaining momentum with the accelerating P4 and Playstation shipments. This is just the beginning. I suspect that these cases are not as important as the situation in the marketplace. SDRAM is on its way out and DDR is caught in between SDRAM and RDRAM. Even Mr. Meyer of Infinicon said that in the future all computers will use a modular memory system like RDRAM. The real battle will be won in the market place not the court room. JMO
