I think Americans have been sold a bill of goods by the Fed and by the brokerage complex. You are right that the brokers were whipping up the masses by making buy recomendations all year 1999 and all year 2000 and every penny of that invested in those two years is gone. Now the entire brokerage complex is busy downgrading NT, Juniper, Sycamore, et al. here at the bottom. Who is accountable for this? What a scam. Then the Fed played their part by cutting too aggressively, who's side are they on anyway? Is breaking the entire technology complex really good for America?
