Anyone who was in TIAA-CREF's growth fund saw real pain
these last 12 months as 43% of their investment or about 4 years worth of gains evaporated. This from one of the best
managed funds, in terms of research and d/d, those on Janus and other agressive funds took the full 65% hit. As this next quarter fails to put a positive spin on their returns,
I agree that a slow erosion will start to occur and bond funds will become the public's choice.

Joan/all, do you think we're going to have to do some reverse splits on the CSCO's etc.? That could take a while to get to that stage. Anyone with that kind of experience have any timeframes to share? WIth the billions of shares issued, I can't fathom where that much new money can come from to buy them up to their old levels, without new era accounting that is. I've heard over and over that if my stock gets back to X, I'm selling. I know of some pretty hopeful GTC sell orders out there...
