I do not know what you are talking about. Try to be specific.

I am not aiming my comments at day traders or swing traders but addressing them only to the longer term fundamentals for Rambus.

I believe that SDRAM is on its way out as a memory technology. The clockrates on microprocessors is likely to exceed 2 GHZ by the end of this year. DDR is a stop gap technology. (By the way, I believe that even Team DDR agrees with me that SDRAM is on its way out.)

If Rambus were to lose the court cases it would presumably lose the prospect of further SDRAM and DDR royalties and perhaps the existing royalties on those product types. However, while the DDR royalty rate is high, the volume is very low. The SDRAM volume is high but the royalty rate is very low and will be disappearing gradually anyway.

The key to Rambus future performance is not SDRAM and DDR royalties but RDRAM and new memory technology royalties.
