BRAUNSCHWEIGER PATE

1 Lb. Braunschweiger
1/2 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 T each milk and grated onion
1 t each sugar and chili powder
Beat all until smooth. Form into an igloo shape on a plate. Cover and chill
With remaining half cream cheese blend until smooth
1 T milk
1/8 t hot pepper sauce
Spread evenly over braunsweiger and chill
Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.

This is really good, and even people who don't like Pate will like this.

Our neighbor had been renting some stalls from his brother and they had a fight so we had six of his horses for a time. It was a pain.

We've watched some dogs that were not good house guests but now we only take care of our neighbor's dog. Our three stayed in our house while we were gone and were very good. Our neighbor came over and took care of them.
