I sure do but in Africa most of the cases are not due to immoral sex. In this country most conservatives have looked the other way or preached such things as "it is God's way of punishing homosexuals". Others have denied the problem or argued that" it was simply a behavioral problem that would go away with good morals...and the final caveat was that it was not our problem; it belonged to the savages in Africa......and good riddance to them..." Happy to see you are a "compassionate" conservative....I've yet to see much evidence of that in W.
