I agree that those sanctions harmed innocents far more than an all out attack would have. I would have preferred the latter although I have faith G H W Bush knew what he was doing.

Too bad one of those people who always seem to be able to film Hussein or bin Laden can't bring a pistol with them and just shoot the bastards. Then the three of them could all be martyrs and the rest of us could live.
