I wonder whether any of what you found would convince Kholt or X that there is a good reason for outside countries to intervene to end the slavery, or whether Kholt is still unconvinced and X continues to believe that intervention would be a wrongheaded imposition of our values on slaves who obviously want to be slaves or they would have changed their condition on their own.
