The US could cause a revolution by shutting down Chinese imports.

What have you got against all those K-Mart and Wal -Mart workers. Do you want them to go on welfare? Are you ready to pay $25.00 for a $6.00 socket set? What are we going to do with all those cargo containers sitting on our docks? Will it be bad form to order Chinese for lunch at the office. This could be the end of the fortune cookies.

But if AMAT and INTC announced that they are re-considering investments in CHINA, the Chinese might make some connection with the current situation. I believe that the Chinese have been eating too much genetically modified rice and it skewered their ability to think.

China has no respect for human rights. Let's stop doing business with them. That should wake them up.

I agree; how will it look when China can no longer buy equipment from AMAT but Taiwan can? They will be forced to put their fab plans on hold or outsource production of chips to Taiwan.

We should have gotten firm years ago. We cannot allow them to slide this time as we have in the past.
