David Tice, portfolio manager for the $173 million Prudent Bear Fund, with no positions in Cisco securities, said the stock could fall another 50 to 70 percent from where it's at now. "We still think Cisco is very expensive," Tice said. "Even though the stock is down a lot, it still sells for 4-times sales and we think it can go lower from here."
