You'll have to excuse my total disgust with the tax code. I have no problem with paying taxes IMO, Congress and the IRS have failed miserably in their duty,(by law as my understanding), for the taxpayer to easily understand the code and be in compliance.

The proof of the above is the need for professionals because of the convoluted complexity.

I have over 1100 transactions for 2000, do I have to list them all separately on Schedule D. For example If I buy same stock twice in one day and then sell next day do I have to list each buy separately, tia.
