When Powell and Cheney appear on TV, they embarrass Bush because they can actually speak the English language.

Bush is clearly in charge.... Congratulations JLA! You win the DDB [Deaf, Dumb, and Blind]Diamond award! BTW, the DDB Diamond award is very difficult to come by. The only other one that has this achievement is Venke...for holding on to the claim that Reagan's first term began in 1980. I had always thought from the very first post of yours that I read, that you could do it. There were posts [too numberous to mention here] that almost got you the award, but this one got it.
