Ok Karen. I might have been wrong about the seat belt thing. The more you posted about it the more concerned I became that my cost benefit (lives not money) analysis might have been wrong. If more people would be killed by seat belt laws than w/out them I do NOT want you killed by you seat belt. Is that better?

There is the virtue that if she were actually in one's foxhole, one could keep an eye on her so she couldn't go so far as to collude in some unspeakable way with those out to abduct one.

This reminds me that last Tuesday I and some others had dinner with a former Korean POC (Prisoner of Conscience, in Amnesty International language) whom my AI group was instrumental in getting released. I'll tell that story later.
